Delivery & Returns

We accept returns within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We usually take one day for preparing orders for dispatch before shipping. All gift hampers are dispatched via Tracked 48 and soaps via 2nd class postage. If you need an upgrade, please select express checkout where it's available or contact us directly at customersupprt@mytriwellness.com

Yes! We deliver worldwide although shipping costs will vary from destination to destination. We will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for all our customers.

Most of the time parcels are delivered in 7 days unless it’s a busy period (ex:- Christmas). All items to US are sent via tracked delivery.

We do take wholesale orders. Please get in touch and share which product you are interested in and we can share a quote.
Order in the UK are sent via 48 hour tracked postage with Royal Mail. We aim to get your order to you with 3 days. For Europe we aim for between 3-7 days. Outside of Europe order times take around 7 days but may vary between 5-12 days. Please keep in mind longer delivery times during Covid restrictions also.
